This is a series of photos taken from right around my house and the studio, the village is know as Sayan. Everything you see is from my morning walks or in walking distance from my house.
The S sign is our new marker for the studio and guidance for the mail delivery man (everyone in the village is also using it for directions, a local told me)
Big open holes are a common obstacle to look for here in Bali. If you were to look up from that photo you would see the rice patty view, and yes I almost went in this hole because I was so taken by the view. A different day i was off to the market on the scooter and couldn't figure out what was in the road ahead of me. As I approached I saw that the pot hole in the road was just patched with a little tree/bush! haha at least there not putting more tar down.
This pig is just amazing! He is carted around from village to village just mate with the lady pigs! ha I think he is tired.
